Nature of the Service

Trigg County Recent Arrests is a private reference that points visitors toward jail and arrest-record resources in Trigg County and Kentucky, including outside research tools. It stores no official record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document with a police agency, jail, or court.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site in a lawful and respectful way. You agree that you will not:

• Break a law while accessing or using the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content

No Consumer Reports

• Tenant selection, leases, or housing screening

We do not control their content, privacy practices, data handling, or uptime, and a link is not an endorsement. Review each destination's terms before using it.

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• The service will be uninterrupted
• The site will be free from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• A partner search will find every relevant result

Custody information and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from Cadiz Police, the Trigg County Sheriff, Christian County Jail, or another government agency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
